Like Apollo, she requires the use of her bracelet to use it, which is made of a special alloy that constricts slightly when someone is lying and allows her to focus on observing their behaviors to pick up nervous tells -- tiny (and not so tiny) physical habits and quirks that they might display if they're lying.
She has not been actively using it since she lost her sight. With her recovered memories, her conscious knowledge of it at this moment is probably is a little more like how early-AJ Apollo experienced it in his first two cases.
She can only use this ability in person.
And even if she does notice a tell, she might not even do anything about it. It depends on how significant she thinks the information might be.
Therefore, here's a permissions post for you to fill out to let me know what she might notice and what's off-limits.
